Pak Sahafat – Al-Jazeera is taking the case of the Zionist regime in the assassination of Palestinian journalist Shirin Abu Aqla to the International Criminal Court.
According to Pak Sahafat News Agency on Friday, Al-Jazeera reported that the case of the assassination of Shirin Abu Aqela, a reporter for the network, will be referred to the International Criminal Court and that a legal campaign will be launched to pursue the crime in international courts.
The Qatari television network announced that to answer and punish, all those involved and perpetrators of the assassination of Abu Aqla will be brought to international jurisdiction.
Al Jazeera has said that the case referred to the International Criminal Court for the crimes of the Zionist regime includes the bombing of the Al-Jazeera office in Gaza by the Zionist regime in May 2021 and the assassination of Shirin Abu Aqla.

Al-Jazeera Qatar correspondent Abu Aqla was shot dead by Israeli forces on Wednesday, May 12, during a news coverage of a Zionist attack on a fetal refugee camp in the occupied West Bank. He wore a hat and a vest that clearly identified him as a journalist.
Al Jazeera wrote about this: Abu Aqela, who has been working for the network since 1997, was martyred during news coverage of an Israeli attack on Jenin by live ammunition.
The Qatari government also reacted in a statement to the killing of an Al-Jazeera reporter by the Israeli military and strongly condemned it.
In response to the assassination of Abu Aqla, many countries, institutions and international organizations have condemned the Zionist crime and called for the Zionist regime to be held accountable for this atrocity and for an investigation to be carried out.
In the same American media, in recent reports, with the publication of documented documents, it was revealed that the Zionist militias deliberately shot at Abu Aqla and blamed the Zionist regime for the assassination of the Palestinian journalist of Al-Jazeera.
