Pak Sahafat – Radical American Republican Senator Lindsey Graham warned Russia about the possibility of using nuclear weapons in the war with Ukraine and said: A nuclear attack on Ukraine would be an attack on NATO.
According to Pak Sahafat News Agency’s report, the American news website “The Hill” published this news and wrote: South Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham, in response to the statements of Dmitry Medvedev, the Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council, who said that Russia will use nuclear weapons if its territory is threatened by the Ukrainian military, warned that the United States will consider this action as an attack on NATO.
In response to Medvedev’s comments, Graham wrote on his Twitter account: “To my Russian friends who are talking about using nuclear weapons against Ukraine, I say that you need to know that this is an attack considering the proximity of Ukraine to the territory of NATO member states, an attack on NATO itself is considered.
He continued: “It’s time to wake up, understand that your brutal attack on Ukraine has not worked, and return to your borders and save the lives of many young Russians from a needless death.”
Hill continued this news: Graham together with “Richard Blumenthal” Senator of “Connecticut” State presented a resolution last June that any use of nuclear weapons (short range) by Russia, Belarus or their proxies that pollute Spreading radioactive material on the territory of NATO member countries will be considered as an attack on NATO.
Hale added: Putin has transferred some of Russia’s short-range nuclear weapons to Belarus and placed as many of them as possible near Ukraine.
