American senator: Trump’s arrest will explode the country

Pak Sahafat – Lindsey Graham, a member of the Judiciary Committee of the US Senate, warned that the possible arrest of former President Donald Trump on the orders of the Manhattan District Attorney will “explode the country”.

According to Pak Sahafat News Agency’s report on Wednesday, Hill’s website wrote: Referring to the reluctance of the prosecutor before Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg to arrest Trump on charges of paying a $130,000 hush fee to an American actress, Republican Senator Lindsey Graham said in an interview with Fox and Friends: Bragg is under political pressure to prosecute Trump.

Explaining why he thinks Bragg is now ready to press charges against Trump, Graham said: A person who worked in the Manhattan District Attorney’s office previously wrote a book that was critical of former Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance Junio. He said you should have prosecuted Trump but you let him go. Now Bragg feels the pressure.

Graham also criticized Bragg as a prosecutor backed by billionaire George Soros and director of the Soros Foundation, saying he (Bragg) has received large sums of money from Soros in his 2021 campaign for Manhattan District Attorney.

Trump had predicted that he would be arrested on Tuesday and called on his supporters to “demonstrate” in support of him to “take the country back”.

The American police, including the congressional police, on Tuesday announced security readiness to deal with possible protests in Washington and New York.

News sources in America have announced that security measures have been strengthened since Tuesday morning and a protective fence will probably be created around the US Congress.

Trump claimed in a blog post without providing evidence that illegal meetings from the Manhattan District Attorney’s office indicated he would be arrested. He did not elaborate on the allegations.
