The new phase of the American psychological war; from claims of Putin’s decision to details of a possible attack

The atmosphere and psychological warfare of the American media and officials continue despite the Kremlin officials’ repeated denials about a possible Russian invasion of Ukraine and the refutation of the first predictions and estimates, but this time instead of a possible date, they suggest the next days.

The American media, which has a long history of creating media and psychological warfare in different parts of the world, has been covering its reporters for a few weeks in line with the White House anti-Russian policies and developments in Ukraine to show the inflamed and war atmosphere in this European country.

The American media cover part of this mission by covering the statements of US officials and the other part by covering the statements of unknown and informed American officials.

In recent weeks, US media have reportedly quoted February 15 and 16 as the start date for Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, citing informed sources, which led to sarcastic reactions from Russian officials. Relying on such predictions, he declared this day “National Unity Day”.

In the past few weeks, US officials have also announced that Putin has not yet made a decision on a possible attack on Ukraine, but despite initial predictions coming true, at this stage of the psychological warfare, the media, despite the Kremlin’s denial, claim that the Russian president has decided to invade Ukraine.

Pentagon chief Lloyd Austin recently claimed: If you look at his (Vladimir Putin) position today, it is clear that he has made his decision and they are moving towards their proper positions to attack.

US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken also claimed in a conversation on Saturday night local time: Based on the information we have, it seems that Russian President Vladimir Putin has decided to re-invade Ukraine.

“US Vice President Kamala Harris told a news conference on the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference on Sunday that the possibility of war in Europe was high and that Putin had decided to attack,” he said: Sanctions are the best deterrent against Russia.

In fact, Lloyd Austin, Anthony Blinken and Kamala Harris echoed US President Joe Biden’s claim that Russian President Vladimir Putin had decided to attack.

US President Joe Biden stating about Russian forces intend to invade Ukraine in the coming days, said: Russian forces are now encircling Ukraine via Belarus, the border with Ukraine and the Black Sea.

The US president claims that we have enough reason to believe that Russian forces intend to attack Ukraine in the coming days. We believe that they will target Kiev, the capital of Ukraine.

In an interview with CNN local time on Sunday, the US Secretary of State claimed: US President Joe Biden is ready to hold talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin at any time and in any way, if that helps prevent war.

“We believe Putin has made his decision, but as long as the tanks are moving and the planes are flying, we will use every opportunity and every minute of diplomacy to dissuade Putin from doing so,” Blinken reiterated.

A Pentagon spokesman said in an interview with Fox News on Sunday that the threat of sanctions could be used as a deterrent to the Biden administration. He ruled out a possible invasion of Ukraine, saying: Russian President Vladimir Putin has not yet launched another offensive against Ukraine, and we think there is still time to stop it.

Pentagon spokesman John Kirby added: These sanctions are supposed to act as a deterrent. If you punish someone for what they did not do, they may do it, and we hope that will affect Putin’s estimates.

The meeting of the US National Security Council on Sunday, local time, coincided with the escalation of tensions between Washington and Moscow over Kiev, was attended by US President Joe Biden to review the latest developments in Ukraine, and Biden spent the weekend in Washington.
