The twelfth meeting of the “Pioneers of Jerusalem” began in Istanbul yesterday, with Pak Sahafat News Agency preparing a detailed report on the opening ceremony.
In this regard, “Ismail Haniyeh”, the head of the political office of the Hamas Islamic Resistance Movement, addressed the opening of the twelfth meeting of the “Pioneers of Jerusalem” in Istanbul. He said: The Battle of the Sword of Jerusalem was an important turning point in the process of struggle against the occupying Zionist regime. The Sword of Al-Quds will be sheathed only with the liberation of all of Palestine and Al-Quds and Al-Aqsa Mosque.
It is time to complete the task of the historical conflict with the Zionist regime, he added: The US withdrawal from Afghanistan is a prelude to the US withdrawal from other regions and will ultimately weaken Washington’s allies, including the Zionist regime. He emphasized: Palestine is the main concern of the whole nation and the free people of the world. The nation has three important priorities; Raising the value and status of Quds and Al-Aqsa Mosque, supporting the resistance in Palestine and trying to dismantle the project of normalization of relations with the Zionist enemy.
The head of Hamas’ political bureau stated: Quds is the basis of the conflict with the Zionist enemy. The resistance will continue to prepare and strengthen. Resistance has been and will be our strategic option. Haniyeh reminded: Today, we desperately need to form a united front with all the currents of the ummah against the Zionist enemy. It is time to complete the task of a historic conflict with the Zionist enemy.
Haniyeh added: The first priority is to defend Jerusalem. The second priority is to defend the resistance as the only approach to guarantee the liberation of Palestine. The Islamic Ummah must be the depth of this resistance in order for this conflict to end.
On the other hand, Hammam Saeed, President of the International Coalition for Aid to Palestine, was the second keynote speaker at the 12th Summit of the Pioneers of Jerusalem in Istanbul. He said in a speech: The gathering in Istanbul is only due to the responsibility of the participants towards Quds.

The next speaker was Mohamed Sabo, the former Minister of Defense of Malaysia and the current leader of the Al-Amanah Party. He said: The Palestinian people continue to fight against the Zionist regime with the legitimacy and support of the ummah. Hamas and Hezbollah are the leaders of the Islamic Ummah in the field of resistance.
Munir Shafiq, the great Palestinian thinker, was the next speaker. He said: We are at the beginning of the road and we have a lot of work to do in the light of global and regional equations. Unfortunately, today we see that some have deviated towards compromise. The Zionist regime attacks Al-Aqsa Mosque and desecrates Palestinian shrines. We must be ready and vigilant to face the Zionists.
The next speaker was Khaled Mashaal, the head of Hamas abroad. Mashal said: We are proud that the Islamic Ummah embraces us. We are grateful to the scholars and personalities of the Islamic Ummah. We thank Erdogan and Turkey. The fact is that the Zionist regime has defeated many governments, but today we see that the Zionists are in a tight spot against the resistance and the Islamic Ummah.
