The Zionist regime completely closed the “Sheikh Jarrah” neighborhood in Jerusalem

Palestinian media reported the complete closure of the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood in occupied Jerusalem by Israeli forces.

According to the Palestinian news agency Maa, Israeli forces completely blocked the entrance to the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood in occupied Jerusalem.

According to this report, the special forces of the Zionist regime are stationed at the entrance of Sheikh Jarrah and prevent the Palestinians from entering this neighborhood.

Palestinian protesters marched on Saturday afternoon to demand the lifting of restrictions on the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood and the abolition of forced relocation of residents.

Meanwhile, the Zionist militias beat the Palestinians and suppressed their march.

Three months ago, Israeli efforts to evacuate and then demolish Palestinian homes in the neighborhood led to a popular uprising, followed by an 11-day war in which 4,000 rockets and missiles were fired at Israeli towns and settlements, forcing the Tel Aviv regime to stop evacuating this neighborhood. However, security restrictions remain in place in this neighborhood.
