The early morning attack of the Zionist forces on Jenin left one martyr and three wounded.
According to Pak Sahafat News Agency’s report from the Palestinian “Wafa” news agency, Salah Briki is a 19-year-old Palestinian youth who was martyred as a result of the Zionist soldiers’ shooting.
Local sources announced that the occupying Zionist forces attacked the center of Jenin city and tried to deploy their snipers on the roofs of the houses in the area, which led to the flare-up of clashes with Palestinian youths, during which four Palestinians were injured.
It was hours later that the Ministry of Health of Palestine announced the martyrdom of Briki as a result of the severity of the injury caused by the shooting in Al-Raqbah.
With the martyrdom of Brickey in Jenin, the number of Palestinian martyrs since the beginning of this year has reached 175 people, of which 124 people were martyred in the West Bank and 51 people were martyred in the Gaza Strip.
This is the second Palestinian youth who was martyred by the Zionist forces in the last 24 hours.
On Wednesday night, Zionist soldiers killed a Palestinian youth in East Jerusalem.
“Odi al-Tamimi” was martyred by Zionist soldiers in a martyrdom operation near the Zionist settlement of “Ma’aliyah Adumim” located in the east of occupied Jerusalem.
