The open and hidden goals of the White House in Saudi Arabia

Pak Sahafat – By publishing a report on the open and hidden goals of the White House in Saudi Arabia, the New York Times newspaper wrote that US President Joe Biden tried to help establish relations between Saudi Arabia and the Zionist regime by sending his national security adviser to Saudi Arabia again.

According to Pak Sahafat News Agency on Sunday, this American newspaper wrote: Biden’s representatives are trying to mediate in establishing diplomatic relations between Saudi Arabia and Israel (the Zionist regime), despite the great concessions demanded by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, to help realign Middle East policies.

In recent days, Biden once again sent his national security adviser, Jake Sullivan, to Saudi Arabia. This is Sullivan’s second visit to this country in less than three months, which is associated with the American effort to test the possibility of an agreement between the two warring parties and the possibility of making a fundamental change in the developments in the region.

The New York Times wrote: No progress has been announced yet, but the fact that Sullivan returned to this country so quickly after his first trip to Saudi Arabia in May shows that the Biden administration sees a serious prospect of reaching an agreement between the two sides.

Among the obstacles to achieving such an agreement is Saudi Arabia’s emphasis on a bilateral security agreement with the United States and the development of the country’s civilian nuclear program so that it can enrich uranium.

According to the New York Times, a brief report on the meeting between American and Saudi officials in the White House statement did not indicate the progress made during Sullivan’s visit. It is stated in this statement: Sullivan traveled to Jeddah to discuss regional issues and bilateral relations, including plans to advance the common vision of the two countries to create a stable, safe, and peaceful region in the Middle East and connected with other countries in the world.

However, the American officials who were present in Jeddah privately reported to their colleagues that the cooperation between the two countries has progressed well and cautiously expressed optimism that progress will be made as the diplomats’ talks continue.

According to the New York Times, the Biden administration is also trying to prevent Saudi Arabia from working with Russia on energy prices to increase pressure on Moscow in the Ukraine war.

According to this report, the Saudi authorities are also seeking to have a civilian nuclear program, which has long been opposed by Tel Aviv and Washington under the pretext of the possibility of a nuclear arms race in the region.

In the recent meeting with their American counterparts, the Zionist officials had the impression that although in the first phase of the negotiations, no request was made for any compromise of this regime in the conflict with the Palestinians, but now there is a belief that a possible agreement includes fundamental progress in the issue.

The New York Times further expressed doubts about the provision of significant concessions by the ruling right-wing coalition in the Zionist regime to the Palestinians and wrote that internal pressure for such a proposal could cause the dissolution of Netanyahu’s cabinet.

The opposition leaders of the Zionist regime have strongly refused to join any coalition under the leadership of Netanyahu, but in the negotiations of the Americans, questions have been raised about the possibility of their surrender in case of establishing diplomatic relations with the Saudis.
