Tel Aviv’s anger over the appointment of the Saudi ambassador to Palestine

Pak Sahafat – The appointment of the Saudi ambassador to Palestine was accompanied by the anger of the Tel Aviv authorities, and the foreign minister of the Zionist regime expressed his opposition to Riyadh’s action.

According to Pak Sahafat News Agency, quoting Al-Quds, “Eli Cohen”, the foreign minister of the Zionist regime, said in response to Saudi Arabia’s move to nominate an ambassador to Palestine: Tel Aviv will not allow Saudi Arabia to open any representative office (in the occupied territories).

He said: The Saudis have not coordinated with us, so we will not allow them to have any diplomatic representative office (in the occupied territories).

In response to Saudi Arabia’s decision to appoint the Saudi ambassador to the Palestinian Authority, Cohen noted: The Saudis want to convey this message to the Palestinians that we have not forgotten you, but we will not allow other countries to open consulates or embassies (in Palestine); this is not in accordance with our approaches.

The foreign minister of the Zionist regime also emphasized in the words that show the depth of hatred of the Tel Aviv authorities towards the Palestinians and Muslims: The Palestinian issue is not the main issue in the negotiations for the normalization of relations (between Tel Aviv and the Arab countries) and the Likud party led by Benjamin Netanyahu has already reached peace agreements and we proved that the Palestinians are not an obstacle to peace and we now and before the opportunity to reach a historic agreement from the American elections.
