Pak Sahafat – A member of the political office of Yemen’s Ansarullah Movement, pointing out that this movement is still optimistic about Oman’s mediation and understanding with Saudi Arabia, at the same time asked Riyadh to take executive steps in order to achieve peace.

According to Pak Sahafat News Agency, “Ali Al-Khoum”, a member of the political bureau of Yemen’s Ansarullah Movement, said in an interview with the Lebanese newspaper Al-Akhbar regarding the peace process in Yemen. So far, we are optimistic about the success of Oman’s mediation and understanding with Saudi Arabia, and we advise Saudi Arabia to implement the peace steps and get out from under the umbrella of America and the West.

He emphasized: We ask Riyadh to remove the obstacles on the way to achieving peace in Yemen, because considering the changes and the new reality of Yemen; this is for the benefit of both countries. Considering the new developments in Yemen’s military industry, instead of hostility and war, maintaining good neighborliness and improving relations between the two countries is the best way to create lasting peace, in which case everyone will be victorious.

Al-Kahhoum pointed out: The aggressor countries should know that the security and stability of Yemen is a part of the security of the region, and if the international conspiracies and aggression against Yemen continue and the case of peace and humanitarian issues proceed slowly, the security equation will be clear and the military equation has changed after eight years of war.

A member of the political office of Yemen’s Ansarullah Movement said: “Our approach in this field is clear and clear, and we adhere to the issue that this case is one and cannot be divided, and the release of prisoners and payment of salaries are among the issues that the wheel of peace will not turn without passing through them.”

He clarified: the implementation of these matters proves that the aggressor countries are sincere in stopping their aggressions; therefore, our request is the withdrawal of foreign forces, reconstruction and compensation, and the absence of foreign interference and colonial rule in Yemen.

In the end, this Yemeni official said that Hodeidah port and Sana’a airport are still under siege and embargo, and partial arrival of ships in Hodeidah port and insignificant flights at Sana’a airport do not meet the needs of the Yemeni people.

Earlier, Hans Grundberg, the UN Secretary General’s special envoy for Yemen affairs, stated that the parties in this country should immediately stop military provocations, prepares for and agrees to a sustainable ceasefire throughout Yemen, and said: The parties should immediately reduce economic tension and address short-term and long-term economic priorities.

For more than eight years, Yemen has been witnessing an imposed and continuous war between the armed forces and Yemeni people’s committees with the aggressors of the American-Arab coalition, the consequences of which have been reflected in various dimensions and according to the United Nations report, it has become the worst humanitarian crisis in the world.
