Al-Sudani: We are trying to continue the talks between Iran and Saudi Arabia

Pak Sahafat – In a statement, the Prime Minister of Iraq Shia al-Sudani emphasized that Baghdad is trying to continue the talks between Iran and Saudi Arabia.

According to the International group of Pak Sahafat news agency, Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammad Shia al-Sudani, who has traveled to Germany to participate in the Munich Security Conference (Saturday), addressed the issue of Baghdad’s mediation in the relations between Iran and Saudi Arabia.

According to the report of “Kurdistan 24” network, the Prime Minister of Iraq stated: We are fighting with administrative procedures and obstacles in the way of investment. We are trying to continue the talks between Iran and Saudi Arabia.

The “Roudav” network also covered another part of the Iraqi Prime Minister’s statement and quoted him as adding: We will defend the rights of the communities. ISIS is definitely not in the territory of Iraq and we have defeated terrorism. We are trying to resolve the issues between Baghdad and Erbil. We can have a law for oil and gas by the end of the year.

Last Thursday, Mohammad Shia Al-Sudani traveled to Germany at the head of a high-ranking delegation to participate in the Munich Security Conference. Nichervan Barzani, head of Kurdistan region of Iraq, has also traveled to Germany to participate in the Munich conference.
