Criticizing the US action against Yemen, a member of the Yemeni Supreme Political Council stressed that the US has given priority to the option of war in Yemen while pretending to be at peace.
Muhammad Ali al-Houthi emphasized: There is a pre-determined plan to destroy the Yemeni economy by targeting the private sector, stopping oil exports and attacking factories, and keeping the Yemeni hungry by siege and wage cuts.
He added: “Imposing sanctions on the claim of imposing peace is an obstacle to peace and is of no use.
