Palestinian sources announced this evening (Monday) that the number of Palestinian martyrs in the Zionist attack on the Gaza Strip has increased.

According to a statement from the Gaza Strip Ministry of Health, the number of Palestinian martyrs has risen to 20, including nine children, following the Zionist attack on the Gaza Strip.

The statement added that a 10-year-old girl had been killed and that 65 others had been injured in the attack.

Simultaneously with this announcement, news sources reported the attack of Zionist regime fighters on positions in the Gaza Strip.

The Israeli army claimed that it had targeted some positions of the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) in the Gaza Strip.

Tonight and this evening, large-scale rocket attacks were carried out against the positions of the Zionist regime in the occupied Jerusalem, the towns around the Gaza Strip, Asqalan and Tel Aviv.

The attacks came after Kataeb Izz al-Din al-Qassam, the military wing of the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), warned Tel Aviv this evening by setting a deadline for the Zionist regime that, regime forces must evacuate Al-Aqsa Mosque and Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood by 6:00 a.m. local time and release Palestinian prisoners who’s positions in occupied Jerusalem and Zionist settlements around the Gaza Strip have not been responded to by Tel Aviv.

Al-Aqsa Mosque and surrounding areas in Jerusalem, in recent days to date, witnessed heavy attacks by the Zionist military in line with the Zionist regime’s plans to Judaize Jerusalem and the spatial and temporal division of Al-Aqsa Mosque.
