Sheikh Jarrah Quds neighborhood, the origin of the third intifada / Al-Aqsa Mosque in fire and blood; Israeli court pulls back from eviction order for Palestinian families

The events in the town of Sheikh Jarrah, the martyrdom operations of the Palestinian fighters and the gathering of the International Day of Quds caused the Zionist regime to panic.

Sheikh Jarrah is a small neighborhood in the eastern part of Jerusalem that has been illegally occupied by Israel since the 1967 war between the Arabs and the Zionist regime.

In recent years, despite even the most stubborn Western supporters of Israel, they have expressed concern about the continued occupation of the Palestinian territories and illegal settlements, extremist Jews, with the help of pre-arranged tribunals, seized the property of the Muslim people in the neighborhood and forced them to leave their homes.

The events of the last week in the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood, which continued to spread throughout the West Bank, actually began with a local court ruling on the expropriation of several Palestinian families from their homes.

The great promise of resistance in the Gaza Strip to our West Bank comrades

Commanders and fighters of resistance groups in Gaza, such as Hamas and Islamic Jihad, stressed the need to defend the rights of the Palestinian people in all parts of the country, declaring that Gaza and the resistance will never leave their brothers alone to fight the occupying regime in Jerusalem and that the Zionists are ready to attack.

The Gaza Strip and the West Bank have been occupied by the Israeli army almost simultaneously since 1967, but the people of the Gaza Strip, after three decades of fighting the occupiers and avoiding frustration and fatigue, finally drove the occupiers out of the area in the early 2000s and tasted freedom despite the inhuman siege of the Zionists in this region.

Unlike the Gaza Strip, the West Bank is not completely under siege and it is possible to provide assistance; It is 10 times the size of the Gaza Strip and has a population of at least 1 million more, but is attached to Israel’s most sensitive demographic, military and economic areas, especially the regime-controlled western part of Jerusalem, and the Zionists know very well that if they could not control the small area of Gaza with 300 square kilometers and retreated from this area, in an area 10 times larger than Gaza, they would have to flee soon and think of preventing other occupied territories.

The Zionist attack on Al-Aqsa Mosque and the silence of the leaders of the Arab countries

The incidents in the town of Sheikh Jarrah, the martyrdom operations of the Palestinian fighters and the gathering on the International Day of Al-Quds caused the Zionist regime to panic in order to provoke the anger of the Muslims of the world and the Palestinian people once again by attacking the Al-Aqsa Mosque.

Almost as early as Friday, World Al-Quds Day, the Zionists, based on their usual tactics, sent hundreds of extremist Jews to the area of the first Muslim Qibla and covered them with the regime’s police and army.

Upon entering the mosque’s prayer hall, the occupiers clashed with Palestinian worshipers and carried out widespread destruction, which was eventually driven out of the mosque by Muslim youth.

But outside the Al-Aqsa Mosque, fierce street fighting between Palestinian militants and the Zionist occupiers is still going on, which is likely to ignite a full-scale battle and a third intifada at any moment.

Despite numerous Zionist atrocities, the major leaders of the Arab and Islamic countries have so far refused to take a stand in support of the oppressed Palestinian people, and the muftis who issued hundreds of fatwas and statements in support of the terrorists in Syria are now silent and they do not give importance to the lives of Palestinian Sunni Muslims.

Israeli court temporarily withdraws from ruling on Sheikh Jarrah

Following the escalation of tensions in occupied Palestine, Israel announced that it was postponing the Palestinian trial. The Israeli Ministry of Justice said on Sunday that it was postponing a hearing on the deportation of several Palestinian families in the Sheikh Jarrah area.

The Israeli Ministry of Justice said in a statement: “At the request of the Attorney General, the regular hearing for tomorrow, May 10, 2021, will be canceled.”
