Moroccans washed the area visited by Israeli representative!

Moroccan activists have launched a campaign to wash and clean up the areas visited by a representative of the occupying Zionist regime in Rabat, condemning the normalization of relations between Rabat and Tel Aviv.

According to the Arab newspaper 21, some Moroccan activists in different cities of the country to announce their position on the decision of the Rabat government to normalize relations with the Zionist regime and condemn this action, a plan called “cleaning” to wash the places that David Gourin, the representative of this regime visited them in Morocco, launched them and published pictures of themselves washing these places.

The plan was launched a few days ago in solidarity with the events in Jerusalem and Gaza, which have been witnessing tensions since April 13.

A delegation from the Moroccan Front, which supports Palestine and opposes normalization, participated in the project.

Among the points included in the plan was the courtyard of Hassan Monastery in the city of Rabat and near the main gate of the Al-Qaraween Mosque in the city of Fez (located in northern Morocco).

As the project began, Moroccan activists widely shared the hashtag “Get the Israeli representative out” on Twitter.

According to Moroccan media reports, Gurin is currently staying at a hotel in Rabat, and the regime’s communications office has not yet opened.

Morocco normalized relations with the Zionist regime in 2020 during the presidency of Donald Trump. In that year, three other Arab countries, the UAE, Bahrain and Sudan, also signed agreements to normalize relations with Tel Aviv, which provoked widespread outrage from Arab nations.
