South Africa strongly condemned the Zionist regime’s crimes against the Palestinians

The South African government condemned the Israeli regime’s recent atrocities against Palestinian civilians and called for a halt to the regime’s plans to expel Palestinians from the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood.

The South African government strongly condemned the Zionist regime’s attacks on Palestinian civilians, especially children and women.

In a statement posted on the South African government’s foreign ministry website, the country also called on the Zionist regime to suspend all plans to expel Palestinians from their homes in the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood.

The statement said: The disturbing images of Israel’s ongoing attacks on the Palestinians, in violation of UN resolutions, justify the urgent call for the international community to intervene and investigate Israel’s actions and refer it to the International Criminal Court for crimes against humanity.

At the end of the statement, the South African government called on the regime to comply with international law.

Clashes between the Palestinian resistance and the Zionist regime began on Monday, after the end of the resistance strike in Tel Aviv over the need for an end to the regime’s aggression in Jerusalem and Al-Aqsa Mosque.

The Civil Defense Organization in Gaza announced the number of Palestinian martyrs since the beginning of the Zionist regime’s attacks and bombings against different parts of Gaza as of this morning (Saturday, May 15) as 139, including 39 children and 22 women.
