Criticism of the representative of the European Parliament for the silence against the crimes of the Zionist regime

Pak Sahafat – Ireland’s representative in the European Parliament, Mick Wallace, tweeted one of his recent speeches in this legislative body today, criticizing the European Union’s annual report on democracy and human rights and ignoring the plight of the Palestinians and wrote: How do we allow Every day crimes are committed against Palestinians and we remain silent.

According to Pak Sahafat News Agency, this left-wing representative selectively read the said report and said: The European Union has written the 2022 report on democracy and human rights in the world without mentioning the killing and persecution of Palestinians by the apartheid government of Israel.

Wallace said: Last year, 150 Palestinians were killed by the apartheid government of Israel. How is this issue not mentioned in the report? How can we allow crimes to be committed against Palestinians every day and we remain silent? These crimes would not have happened without our complicity!

He pointed out that there was no mention of genocide in Yemen in the mentioned report and said: The world’s worst humanitarian disaster has occurred in Yemen, and according to the UN report, 400,000 people have died and 16 million people are hungry. We have no say in this matter? Nothing reported? Why are we so selective in our criticisms!?

On Thursday morning, 9 Palestinians were martyred and a number of others were injured due to the bullets of the occupying forces, following the attack of the occupying forces of the Quds regime on the Jenin camp. Following the release of this news, the head of the Palestinian Authority announced three days of public mourning.
